I told on nut-devel I had those prepared since ages so I assume they are
aware of their existence, the broadcast flag was part of the
specification as well with the flag field but not implemented I'm using
an higher version to avoid breaking reality with specification compliance.

That reminds me that there had been some discussion about adding even a
secondary versioning I think I agreed with and I could even implement soon.
