- libav-tools compiled locally to enable vaapi for Kaby Lake intel's 7th
generation processor:
./configure \
--arch=x86_64 \
--cpu=native \
--libdir=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu \
--incdir=/usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu \

--enable-libx264 \
--enable-gray \
--enable-decoder=mjpeg,png \
--enable-demuxer=image2 \
--enable-protocol=file \
--enable-zlib

- The following works only for loop 0 which plays a 1000 pngs once nicely the
continue to play the feed

avconv -hwaccel vaapi -hwaccel_device /dev/dri/renderD128 -i
rtsp://192.168.1.19:554/axis-media/media.amp?streamprofile=Main -f image2 -r

'[0:0]setpts=PTS-STARTPTS[v_broadcast];[v_broadcast][1:0]overlay=x=0:y=100[overlay_01];[0:1]asetpts=PTS-STARTPTS[a_broadcast]'
-map '[overlay_01]' -c:0 libx264 -pix_fmt yuvj420p -tune zerolatency
-preset ultrafast -threads auto -map '[a_broadcast]' -c:1 aac -b:1 64k
-r:1 16k -ac 2 -strict experimental -f mpegts udp://127.0.0.1:12345

- When using avconv through apt-get the code works but without being able to
use the processor full capacities.

- I could not come out with any way to loop a group of images except like this.
I tried to put them in a video and use -re but that does not help.

Thank you,
Humam
