        <pre>The file
<a href="http://builds.libav.org/windows/release-gpl/libav-i686-w64-mingw32-11.2.7z">http://builds.libav.org/windows/release-gpl/libav-i686-w64-mingw32-11.2.7z</a> once
uncompressed cannot run directly avconv.exe because a DLL is missing:
libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll

Even if this DLL can be found around on the net, it is not obvious for
non-windows experts to setup.

Could compilation parameters be setup to include the required runtime in the
generated EXE as it is for the 64bits builds ?

DISCLAIMER: i am not a Windows builds guru and maybe my suggestion is simply
unfeasible.</pre>
