input is a ~45 minute video file captured with Lync for Business on MS Windows
I'm attempting to recode this on CentOS Linux (reduce size) which I probably
cannot share (proprietary content). anconv works on other inputs of a similar
size (around 1 hour) also recorded via Lync for Business.

I'm running avconv build from source, cloned 12.1 today.

avconv -v 9 -loglevel 99 -i  COE-2017-04-16-orig.mp4 

output is 20MB (159,000+ lines). Here is head and tail
