Fair enough -- then why not expand the test for nanosleep() in configure
without even mentioning musl in the first place. Just check to see if it is not
defined and then test again by adding -D_GNU_SOURCE.

Does adding -D_GNU_SOURCE globally to the compiler/pre-processor flags
potentially cause any other regressions with the build process?
