Summary: avprobe: APE compression level detection should be in
                    verbose loglevel, not debug
           Product: Libav
           Version: 9
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Low
         Component: utilities
        AssignedTo: bugzilla at libav.org
        ReportedBy: andi3 at gmx.net

It would be nice if avprobe could be changed so that outputs like

[ape @ 0x87dc6c0] Decoding file - v3.99, compression level 5000
[ape @ 0x87df380] Compression Level: 5000 - Flags: 0

are no longer exclusive to _'debug'_ level, but also shown in _'verbose'_
level.

Reason:

Debug level on its part will display TOO MUCH for this output, since you will
also get lots of unneeded output noise like this:

swscale configuration: --arch=i386 --enable-pthreads
--enable-runtime-cpudetect --extra-version='6:9.13-0ubuntu0.14.04.1'
--libdir=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu --prefix=/usr --enable-bzlib
--enable-libdc1394 --enable-libfreetype [...SNIP...] --cpu=i686 --enable-shared
--disable-static

However, knowing about whether an APE is encoded with 'very high' (4000) or
'insane' (5000) can be _extremely_ important to users of older CPUs, since in
most cases their power is inferior to the requirements of the 'insane' setting,
i. e. audio might become exceptionally choppy and near-unbearable to listen to.

Thanks in advance for considering.
