mediainfo and conversion command

Source file is a DNxHD file, mediainfo is attached.

After using avconv to create a h.264 file, the playback of the file is not
smooth. It hang when there is a transition from the black screen at the
beginning to video.
You can check the playback at here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1SgNlcZrQJ1U1h6RzlJYW1pbE0/edit?usp=sharing

The command to do the conversion:
/usr/local/src/libav-10/avconv -v info -r 24000/1001 -t 15 -i ./V017b.mov
-vcodec libx264 -g 1 -pix_fmt yuv422p10le -vb 100M -x264-params
colorprim=bt709:transfer=bt709:colormatrix=bt709 -threads 4 -acodec copy
avconv-output.mov

Please see the attached files for more details.

Remark:
1) The dolly in of the flower should be smooth.
2) ffmbc can produce a smooth h.264 output.
3) ffmpeg have similar slow/hang issue. I had opened a ticket but IMHO it is
not fixed: http://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/3597
