Debug log that starts from 60 seconds into the source video and ends shortly
after the frame jumping.

I notice when watching the mt2s dumps from my Special Edition blu-rays of
Planet Earth, which are encoded in 1080i50 VC-1, that there were certain frames
which always cause libav to jump frames.

Linked are (nastily) truncated samples from one of the mt2s videos with the bad
frames present. The first of these frames starts around the 60 second mark.
The jumping happens regardless of my player settings, including setting the
video output to null and are encoded into avconv outputs.

Attached is a debug log that starts from 60 seconds into the source video and
ends shortly after the frame jumping.
