Proposed Patch

I use avconv to convert mkv files to mp4 and this bug occurs on most files,
whether recorded from TV or ripped from DVD. My source files are encoded by
handbrake. I propose a patch. I have used this patch successfully for about a
year, applying it to successive versions of avconv. The patch changes the code
to report the error but not terminate the process. The resulting output file
after continuing the process has no problems with playing. I believe most users
would rather have a playable file even if there is a chance of a glitch caused
by the error.
