I would not say they are wrong. We are using pkg-config to discover compile
options needed to use libopus.

`pkg-config --cflags opus` returns here -I/usr/include/opus so omitting the
directory is no problem. Actually adding the directory would cause a problem if
the libopus were not installed to a standard include path.

It's different for lame since lame doesn't use pkg-config so we assume the
headers for lame are installed to standard path or the path is explicitly added
with --extra-cflags.
