Both with the current git and the current 10 branch, the demuxer only returns
EOF at the actual physical end of the file (23935615 bytes), after playing
about 64 seconds. I've tested this with avconv, avplay and mpv.

However, mplayer2 seems to stop at about 45 seconds, where there is a packet
with a bogus huge pts. I suspect the issue is simply that the timestamps
handling code in both mplayer2 and xbmc is just insufficiently robust to deal
with such discontinuities.
