The same effect is when I try copy from rtsp/h264 to mpegts format:

$ avconv -i rtsp://192.168.1.100/profile2/media.smp -codec copy -f mpegts -bsf
h264_mp4toannexb - > /dev/null
avconv version 0.8.6-6:0.8.6-1~bpo60+1, Copyright (c) 2000-2013 the Libav
developers
