vp6a encoded flash video

I'm recently developming a simple program to merge pre-rendered video with live
captured image. But I found under windows, libav build will decode alpha
channel with many artifacts, but on mac system, libav will decode this alpha
channel smoothly.

This makes imposible to use vp6a flash video under windows to do my job.

But if I use png codec with quicktime mov file, Windows/Mac will have exact
same smooth alpha channel decoded.

So I think this might be a bug under windows.

I'm using Visual Studio 2012 with mingw to build libav under Windows, no gcc
involved, and my configure arguments are:
./configure --enable-nonfree --enable-shared --enable-w32threads
--disable-network --enable-dxva2 --disable-encoders --toolchain=msvc
--arch=x86_64 --enable-memalign-hack --disable-debug

Havn't tested in 32bits. and I'm attaching one of my flash video.

So what's the problem of different alpha channel on different platform?
