For the record, I believe the issue is just that the reported duration in the
webm/matroska muxer will always be 1 frame too short for video only because
video packets do not have duration set. The matroska muxer determines the
duration from the timestamp of the last packet + duration of the last packet.
In your case, you have 25 fps source, so 1 frame is 0.04 sec.
