Of course, you can have for example mono, dual mono, stereo or 5.1 in ARIB's
ISDB-T/S, but seems like most people fail with muxing of streams that begin
with mono as this is the most popular non-stereo audio format in ISDB-T

(Originally caused by trying to cut a demuxed AAC stream with mkvmerge where
the first headers are mono, and mkvmerge will keep that)

This particular sample works with faad2, as do most of the similar samples.
There are also samples that break with faad2 as well, but which are fixed with
this patch.
