My cannon SX260HS camera produces quicktime files that have these tags:
com.apple.quicktime.make                 : Canon
com.apple.quicktime.model                : Canon PowerShot SX260 HS

However libav does not support/know about these fields. So it can't copy/keep
them (-map_metadata).
