I've tested with:
- Windows XP 32 bit, Intel Core i3 530
- Windows 7 64 bit, Intel Core 2 Duo E7400

I've also tried with -cpuflags 0 and -cpuflags sse but these can't help. The
native vorbis encoder didn't work(sound is corrupted).

The attachment is the output file. Hope this can help you investigate more.
