[libav-api] start of a live stream

Yes, and i have a quite huge probesize since some of the streams are 
badly encoded...

So, now, i take the start timestamp right before find_stream_info

Packets readed by find_stream_info are dropped?

Well, with this bunch of very different protocols, i would have been 
surprised by a simple and definitive answer ;-)
